A Glass of Wine a Day May Keep The Doctor Away

For years, many have wondered if that nightly glass of merlot is doing they body more harm than good. A recent study by Boston University School of Medicine has confirmed that one or two drinks a day may be beneficial to one’s overall life expectancy. Researchers found that non-drinkers tend to die earlier than moderate drinkers as they are more susceptible to heart disease.Lifestyle factors and inaccurate self-reporting may play a role in influencing the overall survey findings. There is not enough data to conclude that red or white wine have no superiority over one another in terms of health benefits, so raise your glasses.
